The Co.As.It. Medal is awarded annually to a person for outstanding contribution, service or assistance to the Italian community in NSW.
The award categories are:
- Community Services
- Italian language and culture and
- Preservation of Italian heritage
The Co.As.It. Medal was inaugurated in 1992, nominations are open to all members of the community and the winners are selected by the Board of Directors.
The nomination form below must be completed in full to be accepted. All nominations must be submitted to Co.As.It. no later than the third Friday in November, to be considered for that year.
