My name is Adrian and I’m a Case Management Coordinator at Co.As.It.
I have been working in aged care for a year and a half, and currently applying for a bachelor degree in Registered Nursing.
I joined Co.As.It. in 2022. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because we provide vital services to help the community remain independent and ensure that the Italian language and culture is maintained.
In my spare time I enjoy playing basketball and Oztag and when I have time I make tufted rugs.
My coffee order is a long black with a splash of oat milk.
My favourite pasta dish is Spaghetti Bolognese.
My ideal travel destination is Patagonia in Argentina and Chile.
My go to party song is anything from Bad Bunny.
My most beloved piece of clothing are my Nike Dunks – Panda or Georgetown, can’t decide.
My perfect car to get around town is the 438x Bus or Nissan Silvia s15.
The best gift you could give me is a scented candle and incense.

My name is Sarah Cucuzza and I’m a Case Management Coordinator at Co.As.It.
I completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Biology at Macquarie University then a Master of Public Health majoring in Health Promotion and Advocacy at University of Sydney.
I joined Co.As.It. in 2022. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because we enable elderly Australians to continue to live at home as independently and comfortably as possible. I am also excited to maintain my Italian heritage and culture.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, walking the dogs and binging Netflix.
My coffee order is an almond cappuccino.
My favourite pasta dish is spaghetti marinara.
My ideal travel destination is Hawaii.
My go to party song is anything deep house.
My most beloved piece of clothing is my dress bought in Hawaii.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts and Multimedia at the University of Turin. I then went on to complete further studies in Teaching and Management.
I joined Co.As.It. in 2022. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because I love helping people discover and fall in love with Italian language and culture.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, painting, photography and interviewing artists on my podcast.
