My name is Thomas and I’m the General Manager at Co.As.It.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Italian & Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Sydney. I then went on to complete an MBA at Macquarie University. I joined Co.As.It. in 2000. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because we provide vital services to help our community remain independent and ensure that the Italian language and culture is maintained.
In my spare time I enjoy jogging, cooking and gardening.
My coffee order is a short black espresso.
My favourite pasta dish is homemade orecchiette with cima di rapa.
My ideal travel destination is Giovinazzo in Bari.
My go to party song is any song by Mariah Carey.
My most beloved piece of clothing is my Salvatore Ferragamo tie.
My perfect car to get around town is the Alfa Romeo Stelvio.
The best gift you could give me is a good bottle of Primitivo wine.

My name is Jessica and I am a Home Care Rostering Coordinator at Co.As.It.
I completed a Bachelor of Education & a Masters of Clinical Counselling, with experience in Disability, Aged care services & Pharmacy. I joined Co.As.It. in 2017. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. as it offers me the opportunity to speak the Italian language, my cultural heritage and provide assistance to the community.
In my spare time I enjoy painting, cooking and shopping.
My coffee order is a cappuccino.
My favourite pasta dish is spaghetti marinara.
My ideal travel destination is Disneyland, LA.

My name is Giorgia and I’m a Language Services Coordinator at Co.As.It.
I completed a Bachelor of Biological Sciences and a PhD in Medical Genetics at the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy. I then completed a LOTE Certificate to teach Italian at the UNSW Institute of Languages. I joined Co.As.It. in 2011. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because I feel part of an organisation that keeps the Italian people connected and their culture alive and it provides important services to the elderly community. Being part of Co.As.It. makes me feel like home.
In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, online shopping and dancing.

My favourite pasta dish is risotto agli scampi.
My ideal travel destination is Bora Bora.

My name is Cristina and I am a Primary School Teacher at the Italian Bilingual School.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Italy and a Diploma in Education at the University of Armidale. I joined Co.As.It. in 1987. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because we ensure that the Italian language and culture is maintained together with an active connection to the Mother Country.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, walking and watching my favourite shows on television.
