My name is Enri (Enrichetta) and I’m a Team Leader, Language Services at Co.As.It.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Italian and French, a Diploma of Education and two separate Honours, one in Italian and one in French at the University of Wollongong. I have completed courses at Università per Stranieri, Perugia as part of a scholarship program. I joined Co.As.It. in 2017. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because we provide lifelong learning and support services for the community. This is especially evident in Language Services where Italian language and culture is taught and maintained at all levels of learning from preschool to adult.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, theatre and catching up with friends and family.
My coffee order is a piccolo.
My favourite pasta dish is spaghetti alle vongole.
My ideal travel destination is Italy or travelling locally.
My favourite music is sung by Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli.
My most beloved pieces of clothing are my scarves and Italian themed tops.
My perfect car to get around town is the Fiat 500.
The best gift you could give me is a bottle of Prosecco.

My name is Fiorenza and I’m a Community Liaison Officer at Co.As.It.
I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Interpreting & Translation at the University of Western Sydney. I joined Co.As.It. in 2005. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because I am constantly practicing the Italian language.
In my spare time I enjoy drawing, cooking and painting.
My coffee order is a weak almond piccolo.
My favourite Italian dish is il calzone pugliese.
My ideal travel destination is Trani in Bari as long as there is a beach.
My go to party song is any song by Negro Amaro.
My most favourite piece of clothing is my bright yellow blazer
My perfect motorbike to get around town is any Ducati.
The best gift you could give me is a good friendship.

My name is Connie and I’m the Community Visitors Scheme (CVS) Coordinator at Co.As.It.
I completed Certificates in Advanced Energy Healing and Energy Psychotherapy, Certificates in Advanced Theta Healing, Certificates in Numerology, Certificate IV in Community and Aged Care, Certificate in Holistic Counselling and Meditation Therapy. I joined Co.As.It. in 2009. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because I am contributing to a program that delivers a much needed service to our community. I work with a great team of people in the office as well as outside the office, and I it keeps me connected to my culture and language.
In my spare time I enjoy my family and friends, meditation, spiritual work, baking with sourdough, making candles and beaded jewellery.
My coffee order is a Soy cappuccino or short black espresso.
My favourite pasta dish is Spaghetti marinara
My ideal travel destination is anywhere with sunshine, nature and a beautiful sandy beach.
My go to party song is something with a good dance beat, retro, Latin, pop.
My most beloved piece of clothing is my warm and cosy winter housecoat.
My perfect car to get around town is the Jaguar I-Pace.
The best gift you could give me is a simple dinner with a glass of red and interesting conversation.

My name is Lorenna and I’m a primary school teacher at the Italian Bilingual School.
I completed a Bachelor of Education (Primary) at the Australian Catholic University in Strathfield. I joined Co.As.It. in 2010. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because it has allowed me to live my Italian heritage through teaching. Keeping the Italian language alive in Australia through children of various backgrounds is something I feel very honoured to be a part of.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, cooking and catching up on TV series.
My favourite pasta dish is nonna’s homemade lasagne.
My ideal travel destination is Sorrento.
My go to party song is any 90’s party anthem.
My most beloved piece of clothing are my comfy Reebok sneakers.
